Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst Location: Milan or London Brand: Capri Reports to: Manager, Workday


Department Overview

The HRIS team sits within the wider HR function and is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. The team collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports evolving people processes, maintains data integrity, and drives operational efficiency.

This role reports to the Manager, Workday EMEA, contributing key tasks such as system enhancements, issue resolution, and continued optimisation across modules including:

  • Absence/Time-Off
  • Compensation
  • Performance/Talent
  • Recruiting

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
  • Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to support evolving business needs
  • Lead requirements-gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners
  • Manage and deliver configuration requests, fostering strong stakeholder relationships across Capri brands (Michael Kors & Jimmy Choo)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as needed
  • Maintain Workday system structures, including supervisory organisations, **ErAwareness/Pay Equivalent (EIB)*, and transaction support

*(Footnote: Region Manager Enhanced Injury Benefit structures)

  • Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements
  • Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency, with recommended enhancements

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality, with practical experience using modules like:
    • Compensation Management
    • Talent and Performance
    • Recruiting
    • Attendance Tracking
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and Excel

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in leveraging Workday business processes, calculated fields, or advanced reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues
  • High attention to detail and discipline in maintaining data integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines

Work Conditions

  • Travel requirements: Rare but may include occasional business trips to sites in EMEA

Compensation

Salary range: €37,000 – €54,000 per annum

Notes:

  • Hourly roles apply threshold equivalent.
