About the role
As a Senior Workday Integration Consultant, you contribute to the rollout and adoption of our Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) solution across multiple countries.
GPC is our global framework that connects Workday with local payroll systems, enabling consistent and scalable payroll processes across international environments.
In this role, you support product evolution and customer onboarding, while ensuring integrations are configured, deployed and performing reliably. You collaborate closely with product teams, country stakeholders and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the rollout of Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) solutions, including DCoD and APD, across multiple countries
- Configure, deploy and validate integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance
- Align global standards with local country requirements during onboarding
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on integration best practices
- Monitor integration performance, identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner

What you bring
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR and/ or 3rd party integration
- Strong experience with integrations and data formats such as XML, JSON, SFTP or XSLT
- Experience with test cycles, including test planning and execution
- Proven experience in international or multi-country environments
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional knowledge of English
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC), DCoD or APD
- Knowledge of integration governance and large-scale deployments
- Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles
