SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach. We have offices across Europe and in Mauritius. Our purpose is to bring people solutions to life, enabling organisations of all sizes to turn Human Resources into a source of value for both the business and its people.

Our people solutions cover the entire employee journey – from getting people paid to attracting, rewarding and developing talent.

About the role

As a Senior Workday Integration Consultant, you contribute to the rollout and adoption of our Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) solution across multiple countries.

GPC is our global framework that connects Workday with local payroll systems, enabling consistent and scalable payroll processes across international environments.

Your key responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy and validate integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance
  • Align global standards with local country requirements during onboarding
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on integration best practices
  • Monitor integration performance, identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
