Workday Integration Lead
Focus on WD are seeking a Workday Integration Lead to design, develop and optimise integrations that connect HR, Payroll, Finance and business systems, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable data across the organisation.
You'll be joining an established market-leading Global Organisation and long-time Workday Customer who are investing heavily in the continual improvement of their Workday Platform.

- Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using a range of integration technologies.
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and third-party vendors to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support system releases, troubleshoot integration issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Champion integration best practice, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Provide technical expertise, mentor colleagues and help shape our integration standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, Web Services and related technologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of HR systems, data security and integration design within a global environment.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
