Workday Integrations Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to support an international payroll project and BDO implementation. This role will focus on supporting the core Workday setup required for integrations, developing and troubleshooting payroll-related integrations, and documenting integration flow charts and technical processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday payroll integration tools, including PECI, PICOF, and Supplemental Integrations, and be comfortable working with an international team across regions and time zones.
This position is offered on a fixed-term, 18 months contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations for international payroll processing
- Support the core Workday configuration/setup needed for third-party payroll integrations
- Work with PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and other Workday integration tools to support payroll data exchange
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, including BDO, to gather requirements and resolve integration issues
- Collaborate effectively with an international project team across multiple countries and time zones
- Validate inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure accurate payroll and employee data transmission
- Create and maintain integration documentation, including flow charts, mapping documents, and process diagrams
- Support testing cycles, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
- Help ensure integrations meet data quality, compliance, and security requirements across countries
- Manage secure file transfer setup using encryption, authentication methods, and public/private key management
- Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams prior to project completion

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, especially PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and EIB; Studio is a plus
- Experience supporting payroll integrations, ideally in an international/global payroll environment
- Understanding of core Workday setup/configuration required to enable integrations
- Familiarity with BDO implementation or external payroll vendor integrations preferred
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
- Strong documentation, testing and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
