Workday Specialist - HCM, Time & Absence

Join us as an HR Technology Specialist for Absence and Time and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation as they navigate our Workday HR systems. If you enjoy problem solving, improving processes and helping people get the best from technology, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. What will you be doing? Each day will bring variety as you become a go to person for Absence and Time Tracking within Workday. You will listen to employees and HR, understand their questions and guide them through solutions with clarity and care. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage your caseload within agreed service levels and partner with colleagues across HR Services and Global Business Services to keep our processes running smoothly. You will also play a hands on role in testing new releases, gathering user requirements and making sure our systems support people in the moments that matter. You will be the HR Technology point person supporting a Global Payroll Programme, ensuring Workday Absence, Time, and Pay impacting elements are configured to enable successful payroll deployments. Your work will help shape a seamless employee experience. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from being curious, organised and confident working with HR technology. You will combine system knowledge with a passion for service, ensuring every colleague feels supported and well informed. You’ll also bring a mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across markets. Key experience includes: • Workday Absence and Workday Time Tracking knowledge • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support process improvements • Comfort working with data, testing changes and managing requirements • Strong organisation and workload management skills You.
