  • Owning the day-to-day configuration, administration and optimisation of Workday, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness and an excellent user experience.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for Workday, supporting HR teams with system queries, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Leading Workday system changes from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training and deployment, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.
  • Working closely with HR, IT and third-party partners to deliver Workday enhancements, releases, integrations and project activity, including support for organisational changes and acquisitions.
  • Managing data loads, reporting and business process configuration to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation, governance frameworks and audit controls to support compliance, accuracy and continuous improvement across the business.

Position Details:

This role is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience configuring, administering and supporting Workday within a HR Systems, HRIS, People Systems or Workday Specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, organisations, reporting and mass data loading (EIBs).
  • Experience delivering system enhancements, releases and continuous improvement initiatives within Workday.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Experience working with HR, IT and external vendors to deliver projects and resolve complex system issues.
  • Strong data management, reporting and systems analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy, governance and user experience.
