Your Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing and coordinating the work of Superusers’ Team (matrix organization) by regular evaluation of its scope and by moving remaining HR process related tasks from HR IT Team to Superusers.
- Upskilling HR SSC representatives.
- Ensuring global consistency concerning Workday related support and tickets handling.
- Delivery of data analytics and statistics including case-based data analysis (from ServiceNow).
- Providing Process Owners with data driven input and recommendations on improvement areas.
- Monitoring data quality in Workday – cooperation with local HR representatives to drive data correctness.
- Educating local HR colleagues on how to ensure and control data quality in Workday (what reports to use, at what cadence etc.).
- Run the data quality checks and highlight any abnormalities to local HR.
- Creating, delivering and coordinating (together with Global Workday Training Specialist) Workday related trainings for new HR colleagues as well as train-the-trainer trainings for HR colleagues.
- Hands-on involvement in case/ticket resolution.
- Testing of Workday new functionalities and input into tool development.
- Being a bridge between HR and IT when it comes to ongoing Workday development.
- Suggesting and improving Workday functionalities with surrounding tool development activities together with the Process Owners, HR IT Team and HR Shared Service Managers.
- Maintaining Superusers’ intranet page.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Workday System is a must.
- Previous people leadership experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience required.
- HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
