THE ROLE: Workday Talent & Performance Lead

As part of a team of workplace transformation advisors, you’ll go beyond technology—delivering integrated, cloud-based solutions that reshape how clients’ organizations operate. Your mission: unite strategy, innovation, and execution to unlock the full potential of Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clients on industry-leading trends, standards, and best practices in Talent & Performance, tailoring Workday solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Workshops & Mentorship: Host expert-led sessions covering Talent & Performance, HCM, and Compensation functionalities, meticulously conducting requirements reviews and deep-dive discussions.
  • Leadership: Own project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring timelines are met while balancing clear reporting with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface seamlessly with clients, internal Accenture teams, and Workday experts, ensuring exceeding expectations and fostering successful outcomes.
  • Innovation Driver: Champion innovation by crafting new industry methodologies, templates, and tech-driven assets, future-proofing approaches.

  • End-to-End Workday HCM & Talent & Performance Implementation: Hands-on experience guiding projects from initiation to deployment, including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Configuration
    • Testing
    • Deployment
  • Platform Proficiency: Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance, or cloud-based/on-premise HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Business Agility:
    • Manage client travel confidently.
    • Excel in staff management, adapt to teams of varying skills, and navigate competing priorities to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Agile mindsets thrive here—quickly grasp challenges, propose pragmatic solutions, and push boundaries.
  • Communication Clarity: Bilingual English (spoken & written) is mandatory; the ability to articulate complex insights effectively sets you apart.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant certification.

PLUS POINTS

  • Deep Functional Expertise: Specialization in Workday Talent & Performance—either through consulting roles or owning key workstreams on client-side.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Experience with Workday’s data migration tools and security frameworks to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Certification: Current Workday HCM / Talent & Performance certifications (an advantage).
