Workday Technical Consultant - Perm
We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant to design, develop and support Workday integrations across HR, Finance and other business applications. You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable integration solutions while ensuring data accuracy, system reliability and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer and iLoad.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations, incident management, enhancements and production support.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop, test and deploy integrations, ensuring data integrity, security and compliance.
- Perform unit, integration and regression testing and support ongoing system improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Workday Technical Consultant on Workday implementation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, iLoad and Workday integrations.
- Experience with APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, ETL tools and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft).
- Good understanding of database architecture, interface design and downstream system impacts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within Agile delivery teams.

Desirable
- Experience with Java, Informatica or other ETL technologies.
- Experience supporting Workday HR and Finance implementations.
- Knowledge of data governance, security and integration best practices.
