Role: Part-time (3-days per week) Contract Test Manager (Workday HRIS)
Length: 6-Month Initial Contract
Location: London or Manchester (hybrid)
Day rate: £550-£600pd (Inside IR35)
We're currently partnering with an innovative, fast-growing organisation within the financial services sector that is looking to appoint an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale Workday HRIS transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a technology-led business undergoing significant organisational change and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a critical enterprise-wide implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall testing strategy across an ongoing Workday implementation programme.
- Coordinate all phases of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
- Manage testing plans, schedules, dependencies, risks and defect resolution activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Provide clear governance, reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Required Experience
- Proven experience operating as a Test Manager within complex transformation programmes.
- Previous experience supporting Workday implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.
- Experience delivering end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to Financial Services, FinTech or regulated environments.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments.
- Previous involvement in large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
