The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Workday Tester to support the delivery of a major Workday programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team working on the testing of Workday HR and Finance solutions within a complex transformation environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, preparing and executing test activities across Workday HR and Finance.
- Creating and maintaining test scripts and test evidence.
- Identifying, logging and tracking defects through to resolution.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and wider testing activities where required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience testing Workday HR and Finance.
- A strong understanding of core HR and Finance business processes.
- Experience creating and executing test scripts and managing defects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently within a remote delivery team.

Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering projects within UK Government or the wider public sector.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation programmes.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Until March
- Location: Fully Remote
- Contract: Outside IR35
