Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant
Full Time • Permanent • Remote
The Opportunity:
If you have an aspiration to own the Time Tracking & Absence module from a technical perspective, this position gives you full control to do so - you'll lead and steer efforts across this global organisation.
The Role:
- Act as Product Owner for Workday Time Tracking & Absence, configuring and maintaining the module to meet evolving business needs
- Work closely with HR, payroll and business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead the functionality forward
- Support both business-as-usual enhancements and the wider global payroll project, managing testing, documentation and rollout
- Build strong working relationships across departments to keep the module aligned with organisational priorities

About You:
- Workday Time Tracking & Absence configuration experience
- Ability to lead a functionality, working directly with stakeholders to shape requirements
- Experience supporting a customer with both enhancements and projects
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
