Workflow Operations Engineer | $45/hr Remote
Position: Operations Engineer
Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret authentic Slack conversations, email threads, and internal files from real startup environments.
- Trace workplace decisions, identify action items, dependencies, blockers, and unresolved issues across distributed communications.
- Synthesize fragmented information from multiple sources and timelines to create complex, realistic tasks for AI agent evaluation.
- Develop multi-step workflows that mirror real-world knowledge work scenarios and evolving business contexts.
- Write clear, context-rich prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in authentic workplace data.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling genuine, sensitive workplace materials.

Requirements
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clarity and context.
- Have demonstrated experience interpreting unstructured, messy workplace communications and documents.
- Have the ability to connect and synthesize information across conversations, files, and evolving business situations.
- Have experience transforming fragmented inputs into structured, multi-step tasks or workflows.
- Have proven skill in identifying blockers, dependencies, and unresolved questions in complex environments.
