Your Role

In this capacity, the Business Change Consultant plays a critical role in delivering people-centric change across workplace transformation programmes. Working in close partnership with Experience Managers, client stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will lead design, facilitate adoption, and ensure organisational success as clients implement cutting-edge workplace technologies—such as Microsoft Copilot.

This high-impact role demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on delivery, with expertise in:

  • Change planning
  • Risk and impact assessment
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • User readiness evaluation

As a trusted Senior Consultant, your guidance helps clients navigate digital transformation effectively—and innovate their organisational processes.


Key Responsibilities

📌 Change Delivery & Advisory

  • Assist in crafting tailored business change strategies aligned to delivery objectives.
  • Support change impact assessments alongside programme sponsors.
  • Maintain and update stakeholder engagement plans and maps under guidance.

🤝 User Adoption & Implementation

  • Design and execute awareness-building and capability-focused engagement activities to accelerate adoption.
  • Help establish KPIs and success metrics, gathering user feedback to refine engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with training and communications teams to ensure consistency and relevance.

🏢 Client Collaboration

  • Build high-trust relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a key contact for user-centric insights.
  • Facilitate smaller-scale workshops and drop-in sessions (backed by senior colleagues).
  • Aid in coaching business champions and leaders to improve adoption and engagement.

⚙️ Practice & Capability Enhancement

Your Profile

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience supporting business change initiatives within transformation programmes or similar projects.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, organisational skills, and priorities management.
  • Comfortable in Agile/iterative working environments and collaborative frameworks.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Copilot) and their influence on behavioural change and workflow.
  • Understanding of behavioural science principles or human-centred design methodologies.
  • Competence in change measurement frameworks (tools, KPIs, and dashboards for quantifying behavioural adoption).

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline (optional).
  • Prior experience as a consultant, advisory expert, or internal change lead is strongly preferred.
