Workforce Allocation Project Manager
Contract- 6 months
Rate- £650
Hybrid in London
I am working with a global organisation who are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a Workforce Allocation project.
This role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, technical leads and business stakeholders and will take ownership of core project management activities across multiple workstreams, including decommissioning of current tools and dual running with the new solution.

You will:

- Lead day-to-day management of defined workstreams (for example decommissioning of current tools, dual running of Legacy and new tools, integration activities and pilot/rollout planning).
- Maintain and regularly update the detailed project plan, including milestones, dependencies, resourcing assumptions and integration activities, working with owners to keep it accurate and up to date.
- Maintain RAID and decision logs, ensuring clear descriptions, ownership, status and links back to actions, plan updates and governance decisions.
- Coordinate preparation and follow-up for key project meetings, including scheduling, collating inputs, managing agendas and documenting actions and decisions.
- Represent the Project Manager in meetings as required and ensure decisions and actions are captured and reflected in project artefacts.
