The Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) is the professional membership body for psychiatrists and promotes excellent care for people with mental illnesses. It has 21,000 members and engages with government and the media as the leading voice of the UK’s mental health services. The College is an award winning, values-based organisation.
The Role
To provide administrative support to the Workforce and Retention Manager in all activities related to the development and administration of retention, support and wellbeing services for the psychiatric workforce.
To be a point of contact for the Psychiatrists’ Support Service, answering calls and allocating Peer Support Psychiatrists to cases. Working across our wellbeing portfolio, especially with sub-groups of the main wellbeing committee. To be the first point of contact for Wellbeing Champions as well as our Coaching and Mentoring work.
