About CoComply

CoComply is building AI-Native Services Governance, the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically with 500–5,000 employees.

Services spend — consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers — is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end. Global worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect.

CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.

Role Purpose

You will bring specialist knowledge of IR35 and employment status legislation, a commercial mindset, and the energy to help us expand into new international markets. This is a role for someone who wants to do great client-facing work today, and build something bigger tomorrow.

Reporting & Structure

You will report to the Head of Client Success and work closely with the Product and Sales teams. Over an initial 6-month onboarding period you will deepen your knowledge of CoComply's platform and processes before taking on full autonomy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
