About the Role
As part of a team of Workforce Leads, you will provide supervision, guidance, and support to our front-line Aged Care workforce to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. We are seeking an organised and proactive individual who can take initiative and solve problems effectively. You will work closely with our Rostering, Care and Recruitment teams to establish a strong workforce and ensure the best care for our clients.

This is a Permanent Full Time position with a hybrid working model, where the successful candidate will be able to work from home and our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our Care Coordination, Rostering & Recruitment teams to ensure our workforce needs are met
- Provide supervision and support to team members
- Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Skills & Experience
- Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills
- Established problem solving and conflict management skills
- Confidence in utilising a variety of technology including mobile devices and computers
- Ability to effectively build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Current Australian driver’s licence
