🌟 We’re Hiring: Workforce Planner
Fixed term contract until March 2027, full time hours
Homebased with occasional office visits to London and Hertfordshire
ÂŁ27,000 per annum

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our Future Health is designed to help everyone live longer and healthier lives through the discovery and testing of more effective approaches to prevention, earlier detection, and treatment of diseases.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with operational and clinical teams to understand workforce requirements and ensure critical staffing needs are met across services.
  • Own the end-to-end workforce fulfilment process, managing candidate pipelines from sourcing and submission through to onboarding and placement.
  • Build strong relationships with agency and supply chain partners to develop proactive talent pipelines and secure candidates ahead of demand.
  • Drive workforce planning and service continuity, identifying staffing risks early and implementing solutions to minimise shortages and operational disruption.
