Workforce PLanning Associate
Business Operations Associate
About the Role
This proactive, solution-oriented position is perfect for individuals embodying a "the answer is yes, the question is how" mindset. The Business Operations Associate plays a critical role in optimising delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Resourcing, Capacity & Capability
- Own and manage all business-as-usual (BAU) resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre-sales activity.
- Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractor teams.
- Partner with Practice Leads to align demand with capacity, career aspirations, and business needs.
- Track and mitigate recruitment demand fluctuations, collaborating with recruitment teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage utilisation and bench to enhance resource efficiency.
Financial Management
- Contribute insights to monthly financial forecasting.
Governance & Business Management
- Analyse complex data to derive and present meaningful business insights.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, and other critical functions for cross-departmental alignment.
- Ensure system compliance (e.g., Kimble) and timesheet accuracy.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and deploy operational processes to streamline workflows.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
- Proven expertise in resourcing, operations, or workforce planning.
- Ability to interpret data and articulate tactical or strategic insights.
- Robust stakeholder management across diverse business functions.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
