Combine your career goals and sense of adventure by joining our team of passionate professionals. Our Marine Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Workforce Scheduler reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Planning.

Position Summary
As a Workforce Scheduler, you will be responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, and logistics for specialised crew members within Marine Operations. You'll work closely with operational leaders to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time, while following company policies and operational requirements.
This role would suit someone with experience in workforce planning, scheduling, recruitment, HR, or shipboard crew administration.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, analysing information, and creating practical solutions through effective planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage crew schedules, assignments, and rotation planning for the Marine department
- Support workforce planning processes by providing accurate staffing information and recommendations
- Develop and implement efficient staffing solutions that meet operational and fleet requirements
- Work closely with Marine Operations, department leaders, team members, and crew to support scheduling, succession planning, recruitment, and logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and relevant maritime regulations, including flag state and port state requirements
- Maintain accurate employee and workforce data within HR systems, including information used for succession planning
- Support additional workforce planning and administration activities as required
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in workforce scheduling, workforce planning, recruitment, HR administration, or shipboard crew management
- Professional experience in workforce planning, analytics, scheduling, staffing, or logistics environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions using data and sound judgement
- Ability to understand, analyse, and resolve both straightforward and complex workforce challenges
- Able to work flexibly to meet business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across a diverse, multinational workforce

Preferred Skills
- Experience using business analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with HR, workforce planning, or scheduling systems
- Understanding of shipboard departments and how cruise ship operations are structured
- Knowledge of immigration and visa requirements for seafarers across different regions
- Awareness of maritime regulations relating to crew training, certifications, licences, and compliance requirements
