About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Workforce Staffing Coordinator to support staffing operations across multiple hospital sites.

Must be able to commute between below three hospital sites on rotation (ideally driving)

  • Princess of Wales Hospital - CF31 1RQ
  • Royal Glamorgan Hospital - CF72 8XR
  • Prince Charles Hospital - CF47 9DT

This is a dynamic and rewarding role combining recruitment, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement, playing a key part in ensuring safe staffing levels and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and grow the staff bank in line with workforce demand
  • Manage staffing bookings and rota fulfilment across multiple systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital teams and stakeholders
  • Attend bed meetings to review staffing levels and workforce requirements
  • Monitor, analyse, and present workforce data to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across staffing platforms
  • Manage workload and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination
  • Experience managing rotas or bookings within healthcare environments
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple sites
  • Experience in talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding
