Your Role
In a world of digital transformation, AI acceleration, and evolving operating models, organisations are facing significant disruption that is reshaping how they think and act. As a Consultant in Capgemini Invent’s Workforce Transformation team, you will support organisations to build future-ready workforces that can thrive in an environment of constant change.
You will work with senior business, HR and transformation leaders to shape workforce strategies, develop critical skills for the future, and create cultures that drive engagement, innovation and growth. Combining structured problem solving with practical delivery, you will support clients to translate ambition into tangible outcomes for their workforce and organisation, including the application of AI and emerging technologies.
We’re looking for someone with experience in one or more of the below areas:
Workforce Strategy
- Support clients in defining and delivering workforce strategies that align talent, skills and organisational capabilities with business objectives.
- This includes forecasting workforce trends, workforce planning, skills-based workforce transformation, organisational effectiveness and future workforce strategy development.
Learning & Skills
- Help organisations build the capabilities needed now and for the future.
- This includes understanding learning maturity assessments, capability frameworks, learning strategies, workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives and learning platforms/technology, and the development of capabilities required to adopt and work alongside AI.
Culture Transformation
- Support the design and delivery of culture and behaviour change in the context of digital and AI-driven transformation, helping organisations embed new ways of working enabled by AI.
- This includes understanding of culture diagnostics, leadership and employee engagement initiatives, change management, and the development of high-performing, inclusive and innovative workplace cultures.

- Business Development: Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
- Internal contribution: Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
- Learning & development: Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you would need to have the following mixture of skills and experience:
- Knowledgeable of and excited about trends in workforce transformation and learning, including the impact of AI on work, skills, culture and organisations.
- Passionate about developing innovative and industry-leading solutions for clients.
- Desirable to be currently working in a Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
- Skilled at establishing brilliant working relationships with client and teams, contributing to high-quality delivery and collaboration.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
