Workfront Consultant
Adobe Workfront Consultant | London | Hybrid | Up to £65,000
A global technology and consulting organisation is expanding its Adobe Workfront capability within its Marketing Operations and Digital Experience practice. The team helps enterprise clients transform how marketing, creative, and digital delivery work together by implementing scalable, automated, and AI-enabled Workfront ecosystems.
This is a client-facing consulting role combining solution design, technical delivery leadership, and hands-on configuration. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping how organisations use Adobe Workfront as a central orchestration layer across modern marketing and content supply chains.
What you’ll be doing
Workfront Solution Design & Architecture
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable Workfront solutions.
- Design and configure Adobe Workfront across Core, Planning, and Fusion modules.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and roadmap definition activities.
- Define target operating models for marketing and creative workflows.
Implementation & Delivery Leadership
- Lead technical delivery teams in configuring and deploying Workfront solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation, ensuring quality, scalability, and adoption.
- Act as the escalation point for technical and functional delivery issues.
- Ensure solutions align with client strategy and enterprise architecture standards.

Integrations, Automation & Ecosystems
- Design and manage Workfront Fusion automations and integrations.
- Connect Workfront into wider MarTech ecosystems, including Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Work with APIs and integration layers to enable workflow orchestration across platforms.
- Advise on AI-driven workflows, automation, and intelligent agent use cases.
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Lead client-facing discussions with senior stakeholders across marketing and technology functions.
- Position Workfront as a strategic platform within digital transformation programmes.
- Support adoption strategies and long-term optimisation of implemented solutions.
What we’re looking for
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront in live enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise across Workfront Core, Planning, and Fusion.
- Proven experience delivering Workfront solutions in a consultancy, agency, or enterprise delivery setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and creative production workflows.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
- Confident client-facing communicator able to lead design and architecture discussions.
- Ability to manage or lead technical delivery teams.

Nice to have
- Adobe Workfront certifications.
- Experience across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Assets, Analytics, Campaign).
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or agent-based automation concepts.
- Background in marketing transformation, digital experience, or MarTech programmes.

This is a consulting environment built around enterprise transformation programmes. Work is:
