Working Concrete Supervisor – Rosyth / Central Belt & Northern England
Activus Recruitment are supporting a well-established civil engineering and concrete contractor with the recruitment of an experienced Working Concrete Supervisor for a permanent role based from their Rosyth office, covering projects across the Central Belt of Scotland and Northern England.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll lead and work alongside an established concrete squad, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and working alongside the concrete squad
- Checking site conditions before concrete pours
- Completing pre-pour inspections and paperwork
- Monitoring the quality of pours and finished works
- Scheduling concrete deliveries
- Organising labour, plant, and materials
- Liaising with site management and reporting progress
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
Requirements
- Experience as a Working Concrete Supervisor or Foreman
- Working from the Rosyth, Fife office
- Strong knowledge of concrete works and quality control
- Ability to read construction drawings
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- First Aid at Work (advantageous)
