We are looking for an ambitious Working Foreman / Site Supervisor to join a well-established specialist concrete contractor delivering high-quality projects across Central London.
We are seeking a hands-on supervisor who is looking to progress into management and become a key part of a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career opportunities.

The Role
You will initially work as a Working Foreman within a small specialist team, learning our products and systems while helping to manage day-to-day site operations.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading daily site briefings and safe starts
- Organising labour and daily work activities
- Maintaining site records and paperwork
- Managing health & safety compliance
- Material ordering and stock control
- Assisting with programme planning
- Supporting recruitment and team growth
- Liaising with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
- Attending weekly team meetings
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in construction, concrete, carpentry, or general building
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to organise and motivate site teams
- Career ambition to progress into a management role
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn specialist trades

- Blue or Gold CSCS Card
- First Aid Qualification
- Driving Licence
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Experience supervising construction teams
