That’s the power of plus. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic team for a 12-month industrial placement in shop operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the UK to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across our onsite and app platforms. You will play a key role in campaign execution, creative coordination, and new product launches, contributing to customer engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic onsite and in-app marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. Oversee the seamless delivery of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate implementation. Collaborate with the Branding and Creative Concept team by preparing clear and impactful banner requests. Support with the setup of various promotional offers, including customer loyalty and product sampling initiatives. Contribute to the timely activation of new products to make sure we are providing customers with the best possible product range. Provide support in the execution of content for our onsite digital magazine. Contribute to broader marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives. Qualifications Proven technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools. Strong written communication skills, paired with a creative mindset. High level of numeracy and strong analytical thinking. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks. Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Demonstrates a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work. Bonus points if you're a pet lover, you'll fit right in!
