We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Working Supervisor to help lead our Worcester team on-site and drive project success.
If you are a motivated individual who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Balance daily physical/technical work with team supervision.
- Oversee operations: Monitor on-site safety, quality control, and project timelines.
- Coordinate teams: Assign daily tasks, manage resources, and resolve issues quickly.
- Report progress: Act as the main link between field staff and upper management.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong hands-on technical skills covering all basic areas of construction. Able to assist with a multi-trade skillset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
