Workplace & Culture Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About Redpin & the Role

We’re partnering with Redpin, a fast-growing global fintech delivering payments and embedded software for the international property market, to hire a Workplace & Culture Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This hands-on, culture-driven role is for someone who believes the office should be more than a workspace—it’s where people connect, collaborate, and culture thrives.

About the Team

The People & Workplace team launched just a few years ago and is still building foundational systems—global policies, processes, and new ways of working. This is a lean, dynamic team where priorities evolve quickly, and your impact will be visible almost immediately.

Your focus will be moving beyond day-to-day office operations to shaping an engaging workplace experience that supports leaders in fostering a connected, collaborative culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
