As a Workplace and Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and we are looking for someone who shares that passion and commitment.

Your role will involve:

  • Greeting guests
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Stock control
  • Handling both incoming and outgoing mail
  • Dealing with POs
  • Basic office maintenance/facilities management
  • Other general queries

This is an exciting role within an adapting work environment. It will be both challenging and rewarding and will allow you to gain and develop a broad variety of different skills.

The working hours for this role are either 7:30am - 4:30pm, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 9:00am to 6:00pm on a rota basis and will be fully office based.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership for the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times to both external and internal customers. Providing a first-class service with a "can do" attitude at all times.
  • Develop an understanding of all mail room services to include the processing and distribution of emails and physical inbound/outbound mail
  • Liaise with 3rd party service providers to ensure hygienic cleaning/monitoring/reporting is carried out.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers regarding both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Complete daily floor walk checks and activities as well as providing general maintenance to a high standard
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Previous experience in a Front of House, Customer Service and Workplace Facilities role.
  • Be highly organised and be able to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
  • Maintains high standards of performance by identifying and creating self-development opportunities.
  • Excellent Customer Service is essential
  • Communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
  • A high level of computer literacy is essential.
