ROLE: Workplace Concierge

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

LOCATION: NATS - Fareham - Whiteley

Mitie are recruiting for a professional and proactive workplace concierge to join their fast-paced workplace team!

In this role, you will work closely with the team to maintain an exceptional environment for one of our prestigious clients. You will be responsible for building strong internal relationships and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure every building user and visitor enjoys a seamless, positive experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks of customer-facing spaces and meeting rooms to ensure they are high-standard and fully equipped.
  • Building Audits: Perform routine audits, identify faults, and drive resolutions for any issues impacting the customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor and action outstanding customer-impacting faults, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
  • Compliance: Conduct site inductions for first-time visitors, ensuring full compliance with site-specific policies and safety processes.
  • Health & Safety: To ensure that the contract operates at the highest standards in terms of Health and Safety at all times minimizing risk and maximizing the safety of our staff.
  • Liaison: Act as the primary conduit between building stakeholders.
  • Mailbox Management: Review and action requests within the shared workplace mailbox in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a high-intensity customer service environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with individuals and groups.
  • A professional work ethic, working independently and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Problem Solving: A flexible, methodical approach to any problems that may arise.
  • Can remain adaptable and calm under pressure, polite when receiving feedback, and a genuine "team player" who goes above and beyond to help others.
