Workplace Coordinator
Warwick (Office-Based)
Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Are you an organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator or Office Manager looking to join a purpose-driven business where you'll genuinely make a difference?
We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative software company looking for a Workplace Coordinator to play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience while supporting the organisation's ongoing B Corp journey.
This is a varied role that combines workplace operations, facilities coordination, compliance and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the company's Warwick headquarters, ensuring the workplace is safe, welcoming and operating efficiently.
Working closely with teams including People & Culture, Finance, IT and senior leadership, you'll also support the administration and coordination of the company's B Corp programme by maintaining documentation, tracking actions and helping ensure ongoing audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office and workplace services.
- Act as the main point of contact for facilities, suppliers, contractors and the landlord.
- Manage office maintenance, cleaning, catering, deliveries and general workplace operations.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, workplace systems and office logistics.
- Maintain workplace compliance records including Health & Safety documentation.
- Support workplace risk assessments, statutory checks and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, registers and documentation.
- Coordinate supplier relationships and maintain preferred supplier lists.
- Support office events, employee engagement initiatives and visitor experience.
- Coordinate onboarding workplace requirements for new starters.
- Support the company's B Corp programme by maintaining evidence packs, tracking actions and coordinating information across multiple departments.
- Produce operational reports and ensure documentation remains organised and audit-ready.

About You
You'll likely have experience with:
- Office or workplace management
- Facilities coordination
- Supplier and contractor management
- Health & Safety administration
- Compliance, audits or ISO standards
- Maintaining policies, records and documentation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Organising office events and workplace initiatives
- Microsoft Office and workplace systems
Exposure to B Corp, ESG, sustainability initiatives or environmental compliance would be advantageous, although this isn't essential.
