The role
The Workplace Coordinator will support the Global Workplace team administratively and look after our London office, including the associated FM services. This role includes Security, HSE & Compliance activities and assisting our colleagues and visitors with Workplace related queries.

The role will require the candidate to be able to juggle and prioritize a variety of tasks daily, support Workplace projects and represent our Yondr Workplace team in our London office 4 days a week on average. A key part of the role is helping to create a welcoming, engaging workplace environment that people genuinely enjoy coming to, fostering a positive office experience and a sense of community.
Main responsibilities
- Daily office management & first contact for office users and local FM vendors
- Coordinating & handling service desk Workplace tickets
- Ensure internal client requests are followed up and client receives proper feedback on all requests and raises actions if needed.
- Financial Workplace administration (raising PO’s and adding receipts)
- Contract support (onboarding vendors / keep admin part up to date)
- Support Workplace team with improvement proposals & project delivery
- Manages access requests and completes on/off boarding activities in various software systems.
- Support Workplace team with Travel and Property administration and documentation.
- Coordinating and executing recurrent and planned office related HSE & Compliance inspections.
- Organizing F&B and small office events.

Qualifications and experience
- Hands-on, can-do, pragmatic & problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy, also within the physical environment
- Must be able to communicate articulately, positively, and effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent administration skills
- Experience of working in a similar role, either in a Facility or Hospitality environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Full time Hospitality or Facilities related management degree preferred
