Workplace Coordinator

Location: Belfast, BT2 7EP
Hours of work: 32
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Monday-Thursday)

Job Description

The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of front-of-house and facilities services within a busy office environment. The role brings together customer service, workplace management, and operational support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Working closely with clients, colleagues, and service partners, the position supports the delivery of high standards across the workplace. From managing meeting spaces to coordinating facilities tasks, this role provides a great opportunity to make a visible impact and take pride in delivering an excellent experience for everyone on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for workplace and facilities-related queries on site
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace and front-of-house services
  • Manage helpdesk requests and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, and hospitality requirements
  • Monitor cleaning standards and raise any issues for resolution
  • Support security processes including passes and visitor management
  • Carry out workplace inspections and follow up on actions identified
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and general office coordination
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times
