Workplace Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and energetic Workplace Experience Coordinator to act as the central connection point for the Go To Hosts and Front of House (FOH) team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global financial services environment, where delivering outstanding workplace experiences drives connections between people and the spaces they work in.
We are looking for someone with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build excellent relationships. You will play a key role in coordinating operations, supporting colleagues, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience, while contributing to a collaborative and service-driven team culture.
Key Purpose
- Act as the central coordination point for the Go To Hosts and FOH team based at Wavertree
- Manage and track tasks using ISS or client systems to ensure clear, reportable outputs
- Serve as the communications hub for colleague and departmental queries
- Deliver a consistently positive and engaging experience for colleagues and guests
- Support a data-driven approach to workplace service delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch Go To team and FOH activity effectively
- Manage incoming emails and calls, logging tickets accurately within FMS systems
- Track, update, and close tasks or escalate where required
- Maintain accurate logs of floor visits and team activity
- Allocate and monitor support tickets across the hosting community
- Prepare reports and support ad hoc operational requests
- Track time commitments for workplace activations and team contributions
- Manage colleague queries and concerns in line with service standards
Qualifications Required
- 3–5 years’ customer service experience, ideally within blue-chip or high-touch environments
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with property management systems such as Condeco is advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills

Work Environment
- Office-based role
- Approximately 40% desk-based and 60% active on-site engagement
- Involves walking, inspecting, interacting with colleagues, and supporting workplace activations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods is essential
