Are you passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences? We are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace Co-Ordinator to join a fast-paced, innovative fintech organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a modern office environment while supporting employees, visitors, and business operations.
The Role
As a Workplace Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding workplace experience by overseeing office operations, facilities, health and safety, and workplace logistics. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the office remains welcoming, safe, and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workplace, maintaining a safe, organised, and professional environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, facilities maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships.
- Provide a first-class experience for employees, visitors, and clients, responding promptly to workplace enquiries and coordinating visitor access.
- Organise workplace logistics for new starter onboarding, internal events, training sessions, meeting room setups, and catering.
- Support Health & Safety compliance through workplace inspections, risk assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with teams including People, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership to provide operational and administrative support.

About You
You'll be an organised, approachable, and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

We're looking for someone who has:
- 1–2 years' experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, or office management, ideally within a fast-paced organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Experience supporting workplace events, onboarding, or office logistics.
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements, or a willingness to develop knowledge in this area.
