Workplace Creative Designers - Senior, Midweight, and Junior roles

Revit users – Junior level Revit training

Location: London - No hybrid

Salary: Highly competitive with commission

I have some very exciting roles in a studio that, trust me, will be of interest. I can assure you of that, and I truly believe their creativity is exceptional and stands out against a lot of competitors. I’m excited to help find my client talented people. The Design Director leads his teams from trusting their abilities and wanting them to grow and be recognised in their own space.

As a few of my connections might know, I come from 20 years (prior to recruitment) of Workplace Design in both Trad and D&B. I know the dynamics of how important it is to win business when presenting to a potential new client. Client interaction and gaining trust with emotional intelligence is a huge part of gaining complete confidence from a client, overselling a pitch is aggressive and dated, but listening while being passionate about design conveys an ability to view the client’s valid suggestions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Design is an important element, of course, with the ability to have fresh ideas and no ego. It’s a tight team and everyone at all levels collaborate and are totally hands on producing work using Revit.

If you have a portfolio of Workplace interiors with evidence of creativity incorporated - and I mean not just reception spaces with seating and hub areas but something that stands out and is a design provocation that works with the space and client budget - then you will be very interested in these roles.

At Junior level, we are looking for someone who naturally anticipates the team's needs, steps up to support their peers without being prompted, and uses every spare moment as an opportunity to learn and sharpen skills. You will need to have an understanding of AI - it doesn’t have to be how its used in a corporate studio. At this level, you should be a designer who actively explores and is curious about its capabilities. Minimum 2 years’ experience only.

UK experience a must with London projects preferred. If you are based outside London with projects that aren’t London-based but understand exactly how to deliver that sharp, boundary-pushing aesthetic, we would be interested in seeing your portfolio as well.
