Be the face of a leading creative business.

Do you love creating exceptional experiences and take pride in delivering outstanding service?

We're looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator & Front of House professional to become the welcoming face of a highly regarded creative business. This is much more than a reception role as you'll play a key part in creating an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors every day.

We're looking for someone who is warm, engaging, and approachable, with the confidence to build relationships across the business. As part of a creative environment, personality is just as important as experience.

You'll also have exceptional attention to detail, taking real pride in maintaining an immaculate workplace. From resetting meeting rooms to ensuring every space is client-ready, you'll instinctively notice the little things and take ownership without being asked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
