This role is based in our Altrincham office, with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office (Monday to Wednesday) and two days working remotely (Thursday and Friday).
The Role
Supporting around 70 UK based employees, the Workplace Specialist role is a key on-site ambassador responsible for the smooth, efficient and safe running of our UK facilities and the overall workplace experience. In this role, you will oversee everything from health and safety and building systems to catering, vendor management, service offerings and the first impression for everyone who enters our office.
This role balances workplace operations (approximately 70%) with employee engagement, communications and cultural initiatives (approximately 30%).
You will lead internal communications across our UK office, planning and delivering a year-round communications calendar that keeps employees informed, engaged and connected, while ensuring all messaging is consistent with the Zelus tone of voice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
