About The Role
As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a seamless, welcoming, and high-performing workplace environment in our office and driver walk-ins. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the workplaces, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This role is central to fostering a positive office culture, supporting local teams, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company standards.

Please note that this is a fully onsite role, with presence in the office required five days a week.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the London office, maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Plan and execute monthly office events and large-scale celebrations that strengthen team engagement and reflect Bolt's culture.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, holding suppliers accountable for quality and cost efficiency.
- Track office budgets and expenses, process invoices end-to-end, and ensure all spending aligns with company policy.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating workspace setup, access management, and equipment.
- Ensure the office meets health, safety, and security standards, maintaining compliance in coordination with the relevant teams.
About You
- Proven experience in workplace, office, or facilities management in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, hands-on approach: you take ownership, solve problems independently, and don't wait to be asked.
- Communicate with confidence and can manage relationships across all levels, from suppliers to senior leadership.
- Strong financial awareness with experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Genuine passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences and a strong eye for detail.
