Entity: People, Culture & Communications

Job Family Group: Business Support Group

Our purpose is to bring together people, energy and markets to power and navigate a changing world. In a time of constant change and possibility we need new talent to pursue commercial opportunities, fuelled by world-class insight and expertise. We’re always striving for more innovative digital solutions, sustainable outcomes and closer collaboration across our company and beyond, and you could be part of that too.

You will work across a diverse global portfolio, partnering with Workplace teams, finance, procurement, project managers, suppliers and senior leaders to provide visibility, assurance and strategic oversight from project inception through to completion.

  • Leading and evolving the global Workplace PMO framework, governance standards and assurance processes.
  • Driving consistency in project management methodologies, reporting and controls across the portfolio.
  • Providing oversight of global workplace projects from pipeline planning through delivery and close-out.

  • Supporting capital planning, investment decisions and portfolio prioritisation.
  • Managing portfolio reporting and providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective resource planning and visibility of future capacity requirements.
  • Partnering with procurement and suppliers to support end-to-end project delivery.
  • Finding opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Building strong relationships across a global network of stakeholders and influencing decisions at multiple levels of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
