Senior Consulting Leader – Workplace Health & Wellbeing Director

An exciting opportunity to join Isio’s fast-growing Employee Benefits team, covering strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing consulting, DC pensions, benefits technology, and employee engagement & support.
About the Role
As part of Isio’s 2030 vision, we are seeking an experienced consulting leader to build and scale the Workplace Health & Wellbeing (WH&W) team in the UK corporate market. This high-impact role is ideal for a fast-paced, commercial-minded leader passionate about driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing & scaling the WH&W team at scale, including back-office functions, as part of Isio’s consulting & broking model
- Driving revenue growth through:
- Onboarding new clients
- Cross-selling to existing Isio clients
- Expanding relationships with mid-market/corporate clients
- Delivering exceptional risk & health consulting services
- Collaborating across Employee Benefits to offer holistic wellbeing solutions, integrates with Isio’s flexible benefits technology
- Leading innovative thought leadership in consultation with subject matter experts
- Designing, refining, and improving client engagement processes
- Implementing Continuous Improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and margin expansion
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a fast-growing team
- Partnering with leadership in both the Employee Benefits and WH&W teams

Essential Requirements
- A recognised leader in the UK workplace health/consulting market, with deep insight into carrier relationships
- Extensive experience at an established consulting/broking/fintech organisation
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of revenue growth and sales expansion
- Proven ability to inspire teams and develop junior consultants
- Demonstrated innovation, market trends awareness, and impactful thought leadership
- Data-driven, operationally focussed approach
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders, senior managers and team members
