£16.00 per hour | 40 hours per week

Monday-Friday | Flexible shifts between 07:00-21:00

(8-hour working day plus 1-hour unpaid break)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences? We are looking for a highly professional, personable, and proactive Workplace Host to join our dynamic Guest Services team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of a prestigious corporate environment, providing a seamless concierge and workplace experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression, and you'll help deliver a five-star service that exceeds expectations and sets new standards in workplace hospitality.

As a key member of the team, you'll be visible, approachable, and trusted as the go-to person for support, information, and solutions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver a Five-Star Guest Experience

  • Create exceptional first impressions by providing a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all visitors and colleagues.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, concierge-style service that enhances every interaction.
  • Consistently embody our hospitality standards and create memorable experiences that go above and beyond expectations.

Be the Heart of the Workplace

  • Take ownership of reception, lobby, and client-facing areas, ensuring they remain welcoming, organised, and professional at all times.
  • Manage visitor arrivals and departures, access control, and queue management with confidence and efficiency.
  • Maintain a visible presence and act as a trusted point of contact for workplace and guest enquiries.

Provide Concierge Services

  • Arrange taxis, private transport, restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, and entertainment experiences.
  • Share local knowledge and recommendations to help visitors make the most of their time both on and off site.
  • Solve problems proactively and deliver personalised solutions that enhance the guest experience.
