Workplace Operations & Performance Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join a growing team supporting workplace and facilities operations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines practical Facilities Management / Workplace Operations experience with strong reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills. If you enjoy turning operational data into insights, driving improvements, and coordinating workplace activity, this could be a great next move.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Workplace Operations and FM activities across hard and soft services
  • Producing and maintaining MI reports, scorecards, and operational reporting
  • Analysing, validating, and reconciling data from multiple sources
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational performance
  • Coordinating workplace moves, churn activity, and space changes
  • Managing governance records, action tracking, and reporting activities
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actions and improvements
  • Supporting workplace systems including CAFM, IWMS, ServiceNow, and related platforms

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Workplace Operations and/or Facilities Management experience
  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data validation
  • Experience producing MI reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards
  • Experience using CAFM, ServiceNow, IWMS, or similar systems
  • Experience managing workplace moves or space planning activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Governance, reporting, and process management experience

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Power BI (business user level only – this is not a Power BI developer role)
  • Experience supporting process improvements or system enhancements
  • Knowledge of workplace systems including desk booking or utilisation tools

We’re particularly interested in candidates from backgrounds such as Workplace Operations, Facilities Performance, FM Reporting/MI, Workplace Change, Moves Management, or FM Systems Lead.
