Workplace Revit Mid-Level – Senior Designers & Technicians
Manchester & London Positions
About the Role
We are currently collaborating with award-winning architectural practices specialising in mixed-use projects with a focus on workplace fit-outs. These studios require talented Interior Designers at all levels, from Mid-Level to Senior, as well as Technicians, to join their dynamic teams.
The roles include working on contemporary, high-end projects with a distinctly London feel—innovative, stylish, and cutting-edge. Candidates will need to demonstrate a diverse portfolio that aligns with or excels in the UK market, or an exceptional portfolio that stands out, proving their ability to thrive in competitive settings.
Roles require adaptability, with designers expected to engage confidently across all design stages—from concept to technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to workplace fit-outs and other mixed-use projects (F&B, Retail, or mixed-use preferred if workplace experience is limited)
- Develop conceptual and technical design interpretations, ensuring holistic project delivery
- Work collaboratively on high-end, contemporary interior projects with a premium London aesthetic
- Create and refine design packages, including evidence of both conceptual and technical rigor
- Apply expertise in hard and soft finishes with precision
- Embrace a problem-solving, multi-stage approach to design, from initial concept through to build execution

Requirements
Portfolio Expectations
- Showcase a range of diverse projects with well-documented process work—concept development and technical concluding phases
- Prove a nuanced understanding of hard and soft finishes in design applications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum: 4 years’ experience for Mid-Level roles
- Preferred candidates must have:
- Demonstrated commercial Revit proficiency (no training provided for non-users)
- UK experience essential unless portfolio demonstrates strong alternative competitiveness
