We are seeking a Workplace Services Team Leader to work alongside and supporting the delivery of 5-star quality service with Site Based Facility Manager in Central London. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who values professionalism, collaboration, and outstanding service delivery.
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, between 8am and 5pm)
The Role
As a Workplace Services Team Leader you will provide day-to-day operational support to our site-based Facility Manager and teams, ensuring our clients receive a consistent and high-quality service. You will be a trusted presence on site — approachable, dependable, and proactive — helping to resolve issues quickly and supporting teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the front of house services, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence, providing a warm and delightful welcome, meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly and professional way.
- Deputise for Facilities Manager during their absence.
- Line Manager for day housekeeping team.
- Oversee the day housekeeping service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, completing audits, conducting daily floor walks, managing health and safety.
- Manage all key meetings and events, liaising with meeting hosts to support the planning and delivery of smooth events.
- Support with AV issues in meeting rooms.
- Develop and continuously update front of house procedures in line with site specific requirements.
- Work closely with the other Anabas team members to ensure seamless service to the client.
- Ensure all health and safety duties are completed in accordance with site specific requirements to ensure front of house and event operations are delivered in a safe manner.
- Work collaboratively with service providers and vendors delivering a one team approach to service.

About You
- Experience in Services Team Leader or a similar operational, client-facing environment.
- A professional, calm, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Committed to delivering excellent service and supporting teams on the ground.
