Workplace Strategist I

Currently, our London office is recruiting for a passionate Workplace Strategist I to join our London office and work within our Advisory Services team.   

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who’s interested in data and business to work with a creative design firm, delivering data driven solutions within a collaborative team environment.  

We are keen to review applicants who have between 1-3 years’ experience within the industry. 

Common baseline responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

  • Providing assistance throughout projects under routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design. 

  • Contributing to materials for client presentations. 

  • Assisting with documenting information relative to programming analysis, space plans, and area calculations. 

  • Participating in collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria. 

  • Preparing and contributing to data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation. 

  • Confident in leading the clearing and analysis of data. 

  • Providing assistance with change management documentation and activities (optional).

  • Using a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.

Required Technical Skills and Certifications:

  • Presentation Tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) 

  • Data Analysis Software: Excel.

Education: 

  • Professional degree in facility planning, architecture, interior design, urban studies, industrial engineering or other related STEM degrees.

This exciting role offers excellent opportunities for career development within a global design practice. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), operating from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive salary. We also offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home per week.
