Workplace Strategist I
Currently, our London office is recruiting for a passionate Workplace Strategist I to join our London office and work within our Advisory Services team.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who’s interested in data and business to work with a creative design firm, delivering data driven solutions within a collaborative team environment.
We are keen to review applicants who have between 1-3 years’ experience within the industry.
Common baseline responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

Providing assistance throughout projects under routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.

Contributing to materials for client presentations.

Assisting with documenting information relative to programming analysis, space plans, and area calculations.

Participating in collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.

Preparing and contributing to data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation.

Confident in leading the clearing and analysis of data.

Providing assistance with change management documentation and activities (optional).

This exciting role offers excellent opportunities for career development within a global design practice. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), operating from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a competitive salary. We also offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home per week.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
