Workplace Technology Lead - London

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, so teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things:

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Our mantra is mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar, this is the place to be.

The Role

The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time.

The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office—onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure—with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales. They work alongside EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams.

This role is for the London site: one lead is assigned to each major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver), and they share playbooks and cover for one another.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own London’s workplace technology end to end—ensuring the day-to-day experience for staff and guests runs smoothly.
  • Lead the Workplace Technology Staff at the site when applicable; handle technical work where no dedicated team exists, then build the team as needed.
  • Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding—including device staging, account and access provisioning, day-one setup, and welcoming new hires to Legora’s tools (Workplace handles the desk and space).
  • Own the AV and conferencing estate—managing meeting rooms, all-hands sessions, and event AV.
  • Inside Workspace’s office buildouts, program-manage physical systems—such as:
    • Cameras
    • Badge/access-control
    • Structured cabling
    • Overseeing installers
    • Ensuring vendors adhere to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests
    • Confirming successful, networked installation and availability
  • Manage the local hardware lifecycle—provisioning, stock, repairs, and returns—acting as the site’s top escalation point above first-line support.
  • Comply with Legora’s shared service desk SLAs and respond to local requests.
  • Oversee the site’s technology spend, including AV, hardware, and IT/AV vendors, forecasting with Finance and contributing to the site budget owned by Workplace.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

Job requirements:

  • 6+ years across IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including full on-site buildout management—comfortable taking full ownership of a site.
  • The ability and enthusiasm to incubate a site, willing to start as the sole technologist and enlarging the team as the office grows.
  • As a program manager, you can:
    • Scope a fit-out
    • Keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track
    • Own a budget and forecast spend without complications
  • A hands-on, present mentality—this is a five-days-on-site role (remote desk staging or meeting room recovery isn’t possible) and you thrive being on the floor, troubleshooting as needed.
  • A calm partner and, where applicable, a steady manager who develops people; the go-to person when an event or VIP visit depends on tech reliability.
  • Standards-minded and ambitious—you want London’s site to set a benchmark others follow and continuously improve buildouts.
