Location: South London, Sutton
Type: Temp ongoing
Rate: £413.30 Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities - Works Surveyor (Project)
- Planned maintenance within social housing or residential property.
- Carrying out property surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and technical drawings.
- Submitting Building Control and Planning applications.
- Tendering and procurement experience, including preparing tender documentation.
- Contract administration and managing contractors.
- End-to-end project management from inception through to completion.
- Chairing pre-start and monthly progress meetings.
- Monitoring project quality, programme, costs, and KPIs.
- Managing budgets, valuations, variations, and contract expenditure.
- Leading major projects such as large void refurbishments.
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety.
- Working with internal stakeholders, legal teams, procurement, consultants, and residents.
- Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and current housing legislation.
