Workshop Administrator - Part Time up to 20hr per week
Location – Garswood Bridge House

We are a leading temporary works specialist and at the forefront of our industry for over 60 years, with a reputation built on engineering and service excellence. This enables us to deliver the right temporary works solution for our customers, whatever the scale or complexity of the project. Our customers include civil engineering and construction contractors, asset owners, and consulting engineering firms through to small builders.
We are currently looking for a Workshop Administrator based at our Garswood, this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to upskill and develop through the company, you will find more details below.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record fabrication requests for stock or specific contract items.
- Create and process Workshop Jobs in the system and add part numbers as required for contract specials and fabricated items.
- Collate and report on workshop hour usage to enable management reporting.
- Process cut downs and equipment “builds” to add stock to the system and remove parts and materials used in the completion of fabrication and repair activities.
- Manage “Transfer of Stock” between depots and workshop and change status’ to ensure accuracy.
- Provide administrative support during stocktakes to ensure the GWK stock take process is timely and accurate.

What You Need
- Proven Administration experience preferably in a busy workshop environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving.
- Confident using IT systems.
Interview Process
- Initial telephone / Microsoft Teams call.
- Interview – In person, held by the line manager.
